This class incorporates movements from Alexander, Feldenkrais and Nia Techniques. It also includes movements from Yoga, Tai Chi and Qi Gong;
Increase Strength, Balance, Agility, Mobility and Stability;
We start sitting in a chair and progress to standing for those capable of standing; We then do simple choreography (can be done sitting); We move to the floor for those capable of getting to the floor; We provide chairs, yoga mats, blocks, straps, exercise balls and weights; Good for all fitness levels.
