INTRODUCTION TO NY CONNECTS (BROOKLYN)

NY Connects Brooklyn is a free service provided through the Department for the Aging. They provide unbiased information, benefits counseling, referrals to providers, and connections to community programs to assist older adults with accessing long-term care services. This presentation will give an overview on how to access NY Connects and the range of information and assistance the program provides.
