This class incorporates movements from Dance Arts (Modern, Jazz, Duncan Dance,) Healing Arts (Yoga, Feldenkrais, Alexandar) and Martial Arts (Tai-Chi, Akido, Tai-Kwan-Do) into a one hour class that will increase Strength, Balance, Agility, Mobility and Stability.
There is an aerobic component that can be done at the participant's fitness level.
Pleasure and Fun are the operative concepts. The class is set to music from all genres.
