Park Slope Parents has been extremely generous and welcoming to us in the community. Not only in helping us to create and maintain GNPS but the exchange of advice, ideas, events and introductions has been an invaluable resource for us.
Park Slope Parents (PSP) is a community of 5500+ families in Brooklyn, NY. Celebrating its 15th anniversary in 2017, its members have shared advice on everything from choosing childcare to camps, hairdressers to healthcare, and coping with teething, terrible twos, and tweens. They have over 100 different online groups, including pregnancy and baby groups, career networking groups, language and heritage groups, a grandparents group as well as a group for dealing with our aging parents. With over 2,000 parenting and urban living articles on their website (including information about hiring a nanny, traveling with kids, tips for going back to work after maternity leave and more) they are a trusted resource for raising kids in New York City and beyond.
